Requirements

Payment methods accepted
Several payment methods are supported:

Billing

Shipping and Delivery

Maeba Single Cask will deliver the products to the carrier within 24-48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if applicable. .

The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase.
The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment.

The customer is advised to always sign the courier’s waybill “with reserve”. Complaints regarding damage to the material due by the courier not signed with the aforementioned apostille cannot be resolved.

Warehouse stocks are not directly linked to the online site, therefore, it is possible that some products on the site are not currently available in stock.
In case of unavailability, even temporarily, of the requested goods in the warehouse, Maeba Single Cask:

• within 24 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) from the day of arrival of the payment confirmation e-mail will inform the customer via e-mail;
• as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty days from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer communicates in writing to Maeba Single Cask. that they want to wait for the purchased product.
• At the written request from the customer, it will replace the goods with another one chosen by the buyer.

Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the purchased goods is exclusively attributable to the forwarder.

We remind our very kind customers that the express courier service does not involve the obligation on the part of Maeba Single Cask to deliver the order within 24/48 hours. Shipping in 24/48 is guaranteed on single-item orders and related to active promotions. Orders with a large number of items require more preparation and packaging time, therefore they can suffer delays in shipping. Any delays do not lead to the cancellation of the order.

Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stock and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer (to withdraw from the purchase, see D.D.R.).

Right of withdrawal – art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005
The customer (consumer), who has purchased products through the MaebaSingleCask.it website, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Maeba Single Cask, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 (ten) working days:
– from the date of signing of the order note;
– from the date of receipt of the goods.

This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:

A) send, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the order note or from the date of receipt of the goods to Maeba Single Cask and written notice of withdrawal by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours;

B) send the purchased product (s), suitably protected and packaged in the original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, documentation and user manuals, to Maeba Single Cask using a carrier of its choice and at its sole expense, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The identification tag and / or labels, where present, must still be attached to the products at the time of return.

The substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not be damaged or altered.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Maeba Single Cask, having received the goods, checked that the same is intact, complete with all its parts, with the original packaging completely intact and without any damage, will refund the customer the amount paid , excluding the direct costs of returning the goods to Maeba Single Cask, in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which Maeba Single Cask. has become aware of the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Obligations of the buyer
The Customer undertakes, once the planned purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the online order shipping phase. This in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.

It is forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and / or invented, and / or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and related further communications for him; the personal data and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties, or of fantasy.

It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data of third parties.

It is also forbidden for minors to make recordings.

Maeba Single Cask reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
